These terms govern your use of the PK Wellness Home Massage Dubai website and booking of our mobile massage services in Dubai. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.
Our Service
PK Wellness Home Massage Dubai provides mobile massage therapy delivered to a client's home, apartment, hotel room or office within Dubai. We do not operate a walk-in spa or salon location.
Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp, including treatment, duration, price and appointment time. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on these details.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask clients to inform us as early as possible if a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, so we can adjust our therapists' schedules accordingly. Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking availability.
Client Conduct
Our therapists provide professional therapeutic massage only. Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or conduct toward a therapist will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the client may be refused future bookings.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before the session begins, so the treatment can be adapted safely. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book.
Liability
While every care is taken to provide safe, professional treatment, PK Wellness Home Massage Dubai is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed prior to the session.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
